How to Return an Item

Contact me with the details: If you would like to return an item, please get in touch with drew@crowsfoot.co.uk and let me know your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Timeframe: In line with my 100% satisfaction guarantee, you have 30 days to request a return.

Condition of Goods: Items should be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Returning the Item: Once you've received approval to return the item, please send it back to me within 14 days at your own cost (unless the item is faulty or was supplied in error where I will email a pre-paid postage label that can be printed at home and attached to the package).
Refunds

I will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or if you’ve provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
